In this blog sport we are going to talk about some exercises that you can do at home.

In this group we are: Valeria Rivas, Bruna Costa and Carla Vivas.

  1. Sit-ups:

This exercise requires strong legs.

With your arms straight in front of your body, you start bending your knees until you form a 90 degrees angle.

Be careful!Your back has to be straight.

Finally repeat this exercise 10 times.

2. ​Flexing exercise:

There are two types of these exercises, but we are going to explain only one of them.

This exercise requires a healthy and strong body. Also you are going to work the abdominal part, the biceps.


  • Lid in the floor.

  • Place the palms of your hands on the floor, as you can see in the picture.

  • Keep your body solid and strong.

  • Raise your body up and go straightening your arms.

  • You have to support your body only with your arms and the toes of the foot.

  • Finally, stand in this position a long time.

Repeat this exercises 20 times.
